The Killington Grand Resort Hotel is located 200 yards from the ski lifts in Killington, Vt. Despite the lack of a traditional "ski village", there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a few nightclubs located along Killington Road. During warmer months, golfing, hiking and mountain biking are popular. Other summertime excursiona at Killington include car and bike shows, beer, wine, music and art festivals. The area is also popular in the fall, when thousands descend upon New England to witness the amazing color changes of the foliage.
