This island resort is set on 124 acres surrounded by the tranquil waters of the resort's marinas, harbors and the bay. The Golf Club at Cypress Creek offers 36 holes of championship golf eight miles away.

This resort and residential village offer a harmonious blend of Anglo-Caribbean architecture and tropical landscaping. Overlooking the beach, the Mangroves Restaurant features Caribbean cuisine. Sunsets Grille & Lounge offers light meals, televisions showing sporting events and views of Tampa Bay. The patio of the lounge features live entertainment. A beachside tiki bar offers cocktails and live entertainment. Meeting rooms provide space for small groups or up to 200 guests for special events. Catering services are available. The resort offers three deep-water marinas with a total of 330 boat slips, including a fuel dock, a bait and tackle store, boat ramp launch and boat trailer parking. A 250-foot fishing pier is on the premises. Fishing charters are available for a fee. The resort features a secluded, one-half mile, white-sand beach with complimentary chaise lounges and umbrellas.
