They all feature gourmet kitchens with wine coolers, double-sided subzero refrigerators, a rotisserie, and stainless steel appliances. Guests also have access to the wonderful indoor and outdoor pools as well as the exercise room, meeting room, steam room, and wireless internet that is located in the parlors of the buildings. Please note that boats, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes are not allowed on property. There will also be a cleaning fee charged upon booking. Limit 2 cars per unit. PETS NOT ALLOWED. All units are non-smoking except on the balcony if applicable. Please note that If necessary, a smoke removal fee may be charged to the guest.
