Driving Directions : Take Interstate 275 S to exit 18. Follow signs to Largo, you will be on SR 686. Follow going west on 686. Cross U.S. 19, stay on 686 till you get to missouri avenue. Cross missouri to the 2nd traffic light. Turn right at the light Clearwater-Largo Rd. . Go 1/2 mile, we are on the left or west side of the road.
Room Information : ** 001 - Large Efficiencies are equipped with kitchen facilities and has two double beds in each efficiency. The room has full bath and walkin closet. Fully furnished with sofa dining table and chairs t.v. and phone in all rooms
** 002 - The One Bedroom Apartments are equipped with full kitchen and living room with two bahama beds and bedroom with king size and or two single beds. The apartments are fully furnished.
** 003 - The Small Efficiencies are eqipped with one double bed and or two single beds. It has a combination unit with refrigerator sink and hot plates. The unit is furnished with all necessities.
** 004 - The motel units are eqipped with two double beds and some units have a refrigerator. The units are fully furnished.Two units are equipped with king size bed with the above amenities.
Hotel Policy : Should a reservation be cancelled more than 24 hours before check-in, the property will not charge a cancellation fee. Should a reservation be cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in, a one night no-show fee will be charged by the property. In the event of a no-show, a charge for the first night s accommodation will be processed by the property. TRAVEL AGENTS 10 percent deposit is refundable.
