All guests shall check-in and check-out at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office located 675 Snap Dragon Way, Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays.
- After Hours Check-In Procedure
When the guest arrives after hours, they need to go to 675 Snap Dragon Way to pick up the white phone which will automatically dial our security company. The security company will arrive within 10 minutes to check the guest in. A credit card is required for imprint for deposit purposes.
