Driving Directions : Taxis can be caught from outside the terminal building; typical fares to Albufeira are 35-45 EUR. Buses can also be caught outside the terminal building. AEROBUS provides a shuttle service between the airport and Faro city centre daily (except Tuesday) in high season. The best way to explore southern Portugal is by car. Albufeira offers a bus network and taxis are available from ranks in the town. From the airport take motorway Via do Infante in the Portimao direction. Take the Albufeira exit and follow the main road (EN 125) to Guia. At the first set of traffic lights in Guia turn left and drive towards Praia de Gale. On arriving in Gale, take the right turn at the first roundabout.
