The Divi Flamingo Beach Resort and Casino is colorful resort overlooking the warm waters of the Caribbean in Kralendijk, Bonaire. Bonaire is a divers paradise. Virtually untouched by development, the island offers some of the best diving and snorkeling in the Caribbean. Also popular with bird-watchers, flamingos nearly outnumber humans on the island. Around 200 species of birds exist on the island, including pelicans, parrots, herons and hummingbirds. Unlike other islands that are surrounded by coral reefs, Bonaire actually is the reef. The Kaya Grandi offers jewelry, leather, liquors and tobaccos at around half the price one would find in the United States, and there are several clothing and gift shops on the island. There is another casino on the island, and several bars offer evening entertainment.
