The hotel is situated in Villasimius on the south-east coast of Sardinia; the marine protected Campulongu beach on the Capo Carbonara Gulf is just one kilometre away. Cagliari-Elmas Airport is 45 kilometres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of 60 minutes.

Guests can start the day in the bright breakfast room; relax by swimming pool, with its adjacent spa tub, and order drinks and snacks from the terrace poolside bar. An onsite restaurant will be open for dinner between 15 June 2009 and 6 September 2009. Transfers run to and from the nearby beach, and live music plays at the American-style piano bar. There is also free parking.
The hotel offers boat and horse riding excursions. Scooters and bicycles can be hired from reception.
