Driving Directions : The airport shuttle bus runs to and from Lugano station, which is 15 kilometres (nine miles) from the hotel. The best way of exploring Cima di Porlezza is on foot or by bicycle, which can be rented near the hotel. Hire cars are recommended for travelling further afield. When driving from the airport head for highway 'Dei Laghi' and cross the border to Switzerland in Chiasso. Continue until Lugano Nord, drive through Ligano centre in the direction of Gandria St Moritz. In Gandria cross the border into Italy. The Hotel Parco San Marco is approximately 14 kilometres (nine miles) away from Lugano centre, and 500 metres from Cima di Poriezza.
