Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi is located on the river Tronto in the small village of Castel di Lama di Ascoli Piceno, Italy. The hotel is within eight kilometres of the medieval town of Ascoli Piceno and 10 kilometres from the Adriatic coast.

Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi comprises a red brick, 16th Century palazzo and chapel and a 19th century cottage set in historic gardens. The outdoor pool overlooks the surrounding hills and is flanked by towering palms. The massage treatment room uses oils derived from palm trees and there is a sauna. The elegant restaurant La Quintana serves local dishes as well as modern interpretations of Italian cuisine.
