Taxis cost 250 HRK (35 EUR) to Hotel As and journey time is about 30 minutes. There are two separate bus stations in Split, for local and for long distance buses. Bus number 37 leaves from the airport for the local station regularly. Tickets cost 19 HRK. Croatia Airlines operates a bus to Obala Lazareta (on the sea front) shortly after arrivals. Journey time is about 30 minutes and tickets cost 30 HRK. Prices are all subject to change.

Much of Split's town centre is pedestrianised and easily explored on foot. There is an extensive network of buses operating throughout the town and buses run from 5 a.m. to around midnight. Bus tickets can be bought at kiosks (tisaks) or on the bus, and cost 8 KN for a single journey in the central zone and 18 KN for all four zones.

Follow signs for Split for about 25 kilometres.
When entering Split (after the crossroad in Solin), turn left at the first set of traffic lights.
Go straight to the second traffic lights and turn left.
